My Experience:
Leading teams of people is a skill and also a privilege. I have had great teams who have accomplished difficult things under my leadership. My approach to leadership to be sure all understand what the goals are, and then to assist them in achieving those targets. Leadership is an art and a skill. Over the years, I’ve invested & built that skill.
